The big picture

Built around the way you sell.

A fast store gives customers fewer reasons to stop. Performance is the combined result of platform delivery, theme design, imagery, content, and third-party tools. HEYA’s storefront approach and Cached Pages area support that work, but the finished experience still depends on the store you build. The useful goal is a smooth customer journey across realistic devices and connections, rather than a single impressive number from one test.

A closer look

Blazing performance, in detail.

01

Make important content easy to reach

Customers should be able to understand a page and take its next action without waiting for every decorative element. Use a clear hierarchy, concise navigation, and product imagery that is appropriately sized for its role. This is particularly valuable on mobile, where screen space and connection quality can vary considerably even within the same market.

02

Keep storefront delivery in view

The backend includes Cached Pages as part of the storefront operating environment. Cached content can support efficient delivery, while product and content updates still need to be checked on the actual storefront. Treat the customer-visible result as the final reference: a fast page is useful only when its prices, availability, and information are also correct.

03

Measure the experience you actually ship

Review important page types after changes to themes, imagery, or tracking tools. Test a collection, a product page, and the path toward checkout on mobile as well as desktop. Performance varies by configuration, network, and device; avoid treating a demonstration metric as a promise for every store. Repeated, comparable checks give your team a more useful picture.

In practice · illustrative scenario

A campaign page built for mobile traffic

A retailer expecting visitors from a social campaign can prepare a focused landing experience, compress campaign imagery, and link directly to relevant products. Reviewing that page on a typical phone helps catch delays and layout problems before the campaign begins, instead of discovering them through abandoned visits.

Good to know

A little more clarity.

Does every store get the same speed score?

No. Results depend on the theme, media, integrations, device, and network used for the test. Evaluate your own storefront under realistic conditions rather than assuming a demonstration score applies to every configuration.

Can marketing tools affect performance?

Yes. Additional scripts and media can add work to a page. Connect the tools your team needs, then test the resulting experience so measurement and marketing do not make shopping unnecessarily difficult.
